Account Deletion
Delete Your Tank Heroes Account
You can delete your Tank Heroes account and the game data stored on our servers at any time. The fastest way is the deletion option inside the game. If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot run it, you can request deletion by email instead.
1. Delete from inside the game
- Launch the game and tap the Options (gear) button on the town screen.
- In the Options popup, tap Delete Account.
- Read the warning and tap Confirm. Your server account and data, and the game data on this device, are removed immediately and the game closes. The next launch starts a new game.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you have uninstalled the game or switched devices, email [email protected] with the following:
- Subject:
[Tank Heroes] Account deletion request - Your in-game nickname
- The Google account address you linked, if any
- If you did not link Google, details that help us verify it is you: the last stage you reached, your device model, and roughly when you last played
After verifying the request we complete the deletion and reply within 7 business days. We may ask for additional details if the account cannot be identified.
3. What is deleted

The local save file on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
4. What is retained for a limited time
Korean law requires us to keep the records below for a fixed period after deletion. They are stored separately, are not linked to a playable account, and are never used to restore game data.

Analytics and advertising data already sent to our processors (Google Firebase, ad networks) is held in a form that does not identify you and follows each provider’s retention policy. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Before you delete
- After deletion, currency, heroes, tanks, and purchased items cannot be restored and are not eligible for refund.
- If an in-app purchase is still being processed, wait until it has been delivered before deleting.
- If you only want to move to a new device, use Options → Link Google Account for cloud backup instead of deleting.
